Ecstatic Festivals And Special Events – Bogota

The city is known as rich in culture and in an attempt to keep the culture alive, the citizens keep on celebrating their festivals with full enthusiasm.The city organizes many events on the per day basis it includes exhibitions, sports, music concerts. Alongwith this, the city also witnesses several special events every year these include Expohogar the Carnival of Bogota, Festival of Jazz al Parque, annual book fair , festival of opera al Parque.

The festivals celebrated by the citizens are:

Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro

The festival takes place for about two weeks and regarded as one of the enormous festivals of the city, wherein the events like dance, music, theater, circus, and other interesting activities takes place.

The Carnival of Bogotá

The festival includes different types of activities that include parades, a special carnival for children, etc.  The event takes place in the month of August and it clearly displays rich cultural, musical multiplicity of the country.
