Some good choices on here. For modern cities, I’d add Taipei, Taiwan but then I might be biased because that’s where I now live. For older cities, Kathmandu, Nepal is hard to beat.

Hongkong may be not the best choice to be in the no. 1 spot here. I’m confident that Tokyo, Japan is the best among the rest because I’ve been there a lot of times and also I already been to Hongkong before and I can say that in terms of popularity and cleanliness, Tokyo is better than Hongkong.
I prefer go to bali than jakarta. It has more fresh air than jakarta
